In 2020 due to growing need of special approach and specific support to the Company’s customer particular segment the Quarry Equipment Division was established within Borusan Cat Kazakhstan. Even after a short time of work this Division’s team made it and achieved impressive results, and one of them is an important deal with one of the large customers of Borusan Cat Kazakhstan which closed five years of attempts to get this deal.

Partnership of Borusan Cat Kazakhstan with its Customer, the large company engaged in mining non-metallic materials, traces back to 2013. During several years of this partnership the partners successfully implemented projects in supplying the Customer’s fleet with Cat® equipment having 14 items of this brand as on today. But in 2016 the Customer decided to perform service works in-house, without any help from Borusan Cat Kazakhstan, and to purchase expendables and parts from other organisations.

Since then and throughout next several years the sales team of Borusan Cat Kazakhstan persisted and attempted to restore relationships with the Customer, showing high level of customer focus approach on its side and offering a full set of solutions.

In 2020 the team of Borusan Cat Kazakhstan succeeded in its attempts: the partners signed a deal for supply of spare parts, and this deal became a symbol of restoring business relationships between the companies. After a while in 2021 one more large contract for supply of spare parts and later on for supply of machinery was signed. The time that the Customer spent working independently and in search of alternative business solutions gave an opportunity for the Customer to see themselves and confirm a special value and uniqueness of products and services supplied by Borusan Cat Kazakhstan.
